1. About the program
The Boost Branders Affiliate Program lets you earn a commission for referring service businesses to Boost Branders. These Affiliate Terms ("Terms") apply to everyone who joins the program ("you" or "Affiliate"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You can be a current client, a business partner, or anyone who knows service business owners.
- We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
3. How referrals work
After you are approved, you get a unique referral link. A referral counts toward your commission when:
- The business owner clicks your link and purchases within 90 days of their last click, or
- The business owner names you as their referral source before they purchase, and we confirm it.
If two affiliates refer the same business, the most recent tracked referral link gets credit. You cannot earn a commission on your own purchase or on a business you own or co-own.
4. What you earn
| Setup commission (10% of the $997 setup fee) | $99.70 per client |
| Monthly commission (5% of the $297 monthly service fee) | $14.85 per client, per month |
- Monthly commissions are paid for as long as your referred client stays active and keeps paying, and you remain in good standing in the program.
- Commissions are based only on the setup fee and monthly service fee actually collected. They do not apply to the AI assistant, usage charges, taxes, or any other fees.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission for that payment is not owed. If it was already paid, it will be deducted from your next payout.
5. When you get paid
- Commissions are paid twice a month.
- A commission becomes payable once the client's payment has cleared for at least 14 days, to allow for refunds and disputes. It is then included in the next scheduled payout.
- The minimum payout is $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next payout.
- Payouts are sent by bank transfer (ACH direct deposit) to the bank account you provide. You are responsible for keeping your bank details accurate. Payments sent to incorrect details you provided may not be reissued.
- You may need to provide a W-9 form before you are paid. If you earn $2,000 or more in a calendar year, you may receive a 1099 form for tax purposes.
6. How to promote Boost Branders
We want every referral to come from trust, not pressure. When you promote Boost Branders, you agree to:
- Be honest. Describe our services accurately. Do not promise specific results, income, or numbers of jobs.
- Disclose your link. When you share your referral link publicly, make it clear that you may earn a commission (for example, "I earn a commission if you sign up").
- No spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk texts, emails, or DMs, and follow all messaging and anti-spam laws.
- No brand ads. Do not run paid ads that use "Boost Branders" or similar names as keywords, or that look like they come from us.
- Do not speak for us. Do not quote prices, discounts, or terms that differ from our website, or say you work for Boost Branders.
- Use our materials as provided. You may use our name, logo, and the materials we give you, but do not change them.
7. Your relationship with us
You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, partner, or agent of Boost Branders. You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses. You may not sign agreements, make promises, or collect payments on our behalf.
8. Ending participation
You can leave the program at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, including for breaking these Terms. If you are removed for breaking these Terms, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. If you leave or the program ends for any other reason, we will pay commissions already earned and cleared, following the payout schedule above.
9. Changes to the program
We may update these Terms, commission rates, or the program at any time. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change to commission rates takes effect. Commissions already earned are paid at the rate in effect when they were earned.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boost Branders is not liable for any indirect or lost-profit damages related to the program. Our total liability to you will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
